Jina App – Terms & Conditions Last updated: March 2026
Section 1 – Acceptance of terms By accessing or using the Jina application or website, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the app immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jina E-Commerce Company. Users must be at least 18 years of age, or have the express consent of a legal guardian.
Section 2 – Account & registration To complete purchases, you must create a personal account and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact our support team immediately.
Section 3 – Orders & payments All prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable VAT. Jina reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; such changes apply only to new orders. Upon confirming your order and completing payment, a binding contract is established. We accept major credit/debit cards and approved digital wallets. If a transaction is declined by your card issuer, Jina bears no responsibility and the order will be automatically cancelled.
Section 4 – Shipping & delivery Jina partners with certified courier companies to ensure your orders arrive in optimal condition. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a binding legal commitment. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover of goods to the shipping carrier. Jina is not liable for delays or losses resulting from force majeure or incorrect delivery addresses. Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of failed delivery due to incorrect address information.
Section 5 – Returns & refunds Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with original packaging intact. The following are non-returnable: perishable goods, personal hygiene products, and made-to-order items. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date the returned item is received and verified, via the original payment method.
Section 6 – Privacy & data protection Jina is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legislation. We collect data necessary to process your orders and improve your shopping experience, and we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.
Section 7 – Intellectual property All content on the Jina platform — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is the exclusive property of Jina E-Commerce Company or its licensors. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of any such content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Jina.
Section 8 – Disclaimer & limitation of liability Jina's services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Jina shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including business losses or lost profits. Jina's maximum liability is capped at the value of the order in dispute.
Section 9 – Amendments Jina reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes at least 7 days before they take effect via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes implied acceptance of the updated terms.
